This book is made for engineering students (specially those who
study Surveying & Mapping) and for technicians
dealing with photogrammetric techniques.
The aims are: firstly, to develope a aerotriangulation project from the beginning until the end; secondly, to show which are the requirements and how work the implemented programs on either analytical and digital plotters; thirdly, to ease the understanding of algorithms widely required on photogrammetric tasks.
This book covers theoretically and practically many of the fundamental operations used in triangulation, input data, block preparation, approximate computations and adjustments (by means of independent models and/or bundle block). The contents are shown gradually taking into account several cases: planimetric, height and spatial block adjustments.
Computation of approximate ground coordinates
Block adjustment by independent models
Planimetric adjustment
Height adjustment
Spatial adjustment
Bundle block adjustment
